Yoga is for anyone and everyone! If you can breathe you can do yoga.  Yoga improves your strength, flexibility and balance.  The relaxation and breathing techniques help calm the mind and help you regulate during stressful times.  I love yoga and want you to love it too.  I offer a supportive safe environment in which to practise.  Explore my page and read my blogs to find out more about the benefits of yoga and how it can help you with your health and well-being.
