Hello

As a school teacher, I know what it’s like to constantly be on the go. That’s why I turned to yoga – to help me find balance in my life.  I trained as a 200 hour Yoga Alliance yoga teacher and am continuing my education by doing the 500 hour advanced teacher training at Orange Yoga in Cheltenham.  Through yoga, I’ve discovered a sense of stillness and perspective that allows me to better navigate the busiest of days. I aim to bring that same calm and balance to my yoga classes. My focus is on functional strength and flexibility, and each class invites students to learn with curiosity, without judgment or competition. And while our practice may not always be perfect, we’ll have fun along the way. Join me on the mat to connect breath and movement and enjoy some time just for you! 

I have a first aid at work certificate and have mental health first aid training.
