A  Yoga class is the perfect way to restore your energy and calm your nervous system. With a focus on breath-led movement, the class allows you to fully immerse yourself in the practice and achieve a deeper level of relaxation. Join me for just one hour a week of yoga that will leave you feeling restored and ready for a good nights sleep!
